San Felipe Supported Living is a small family guided non-profit agency that has grown over the last 30 years to currently support 14 people in their own homes. People who once might have been institutionalized are now living full and enriched lives – getting out into the community and making as many decisions as they can while developing friendships.
We provide support for individuals with developmental disabilities who are living in their own homes in a manner that recognizes the dignity and uniqueness of each person. This enables individuals to assume, to the fullest extent possible, control over their lives, imbue self-esteem, develop a sense of personal responsibility, and encourage self-expression and self-reliance.
We hire live-in housemates to provide the support needed to facilitate regular activities having to do with building confidence, community connection, relationships and daily life management. That’s where you come in. We are looking for just the right individuals who are great communicators, happy, and open minded.
